Eligibility, responsibility and marketplace rules

Last updated: 8 October 2026 · Gamers Stash marketplace terms

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement in your country to register, buy, or sell. Provide accurate information, protect your login and authentication factors, and notify support if your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. A parent’s account may not be used to bypass the age requirement.

2. Marketplace and seller access

Gamers Stash connects customers with independent sellers of digital gaming goods and services. Creating an account does not automatically approve you as a seller. Seller applications may require review and supporting information. Seller approval or a badge is not a guarantee that every listing is accurate or risk-free. Gamers Stash is not affiliated with game publishers.

3. Listing and purchase rules

Sellers must accurately describe the item, availability, price, region, platform, delivery method, and promised delivery time. Only offer goods you are authorized to transfer. Stolen accounts, unauthorized payment methods, fraud, misleading listings, malware, and requests for wallet seed phrases are prohibited. Buyers must check compatibility and provide correct delivery information. Game publishers may restrict trading, account transfers, or third-party services; users must review the applicable game rules.

4. Prices, fees and crypto payments

Review the final invoice before authorizing payment. Buyer fees, seller commissions, discounts, wallet contributions and any invoice matching reference are shown by the applicable checkout or seller interface. Network and exchange withdrawal fees are separate. The accepted network and token are those specified in your invoice; do not send another token or use another network. Blockchain transfers are normally irreversible, and sending a transaction hash alone does not establish payment. A payment must be verified by the payment system. Gamers Stash does not currently advertise legal escrow, an automatic refund service, or a blanket money-back guarantee.

5. Delivery, problems and refunds

Use the order conversation for delivery instructions and retain relevant evidence. Confirm delivery only after checking the product. If an item was not received, differs from its description, or another order problem occurs, use the order’s available dispute action and contact support promptly with the order ID. Support reviews the evidence and the applicable order information. Refund availability depends on the facts, seller obligations, operational payment capabilities and applicable law; opening a ticket does not itself promise a refund. Any approved repayment must be explicitly communicated, including its method and amount. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

6. Reviews and communication

Reviews must reflect a genuine purchase and an honest experience. Fake reviews, impersonation, harassment, threats and manipulation of ratings are prohibited. Do not post personal information, account credentials or payment secrets in reviews or public listings.

7. Moderation, suspension and appeals

Gamers Stash may remove prohibited listings or restrict accounts to investigate abuse, fraud or violations of these rules. Contact support to ask for an explanation or appeal a decision. Account restrictions do not automatically eliminate valid obligations relating to existing orders or any rights under applicable law.

8. Service availability and changes

Availability of listings, support, payment providers and third-party games may change. Do not rely on uninterrupted access or an unstated delivery or warranty promise. Material changes to these terms should be announced before they apply to new transactions; an existing order remains subject to its disclosed purchase terms and applicable law.

9. Contact

Use Contact support for account, order, payment, complaint or policy questions. The site operator’s legal identity, address and applicable jurisdiction must be added before these terms are relied on for a commercial launch.
